I apologize. I have traveled to more than 40 countries, I have visited hundreds of hotels and inns. My reviews are thousands and all are objective and have no intention of bringing down any party. What disappointed me when I wanted to stay was that I had asked by WA beforehand that I wanted to leave my suitcase because I wanted to go to a festival in Nias for 2 days, and the guesthouse allowed me to. When I arrived it turned out that the management was not in place but I was directed to put the suitcase where it was accompanied by the owner, after I said goodbye to catch the ship (here they were still friendly with us) then we walked to the port. Arriving at the port, I was called by the guesthouse management, if it turned out that the owner was not allowed to leave my suitcase, so I moved it to his house. What? Panic? What do we have to do last minute like this position to get on the ship. Even though yesterday he said he had the owner's account about entrusting this suitcase. Finally, I asked the car rental driver to come back and help take care of our suitcases to be deposited at the guesthouse caretaker's house. The driver called me again, said that the suitcase could not be placed in the guesthouse management's house, told to put it in the field in front of the guesthouse with the owner. Kamu bercanda yah? Even though it has been explained that the management agrees that I will leave it, and have repeatedly convinced the owner that this is a family holiday, don't bring all sorts of things OMG. (because indeed I have rented this brother for 5 days to take him out for walks in North Sumatra) even though it's simple, if you are suspicious at the beginning, just say you're not allowed to drop by and of course we won't take you, it's not last minute, this makes it complicated and spoils the mood for sightseeing . Oh yes, at that time I was not asked for an ID card, so the management went to the port to pick it up, I just gave SIM A because I would need an ID card on the road. While waiting for the management to come, I was anxious because the ship was afraid to leave. After the management came, I got off the ship again to give my driver's license. And solving the problem here, the caretaker helps to leave the suitcase at his house. (thank you very much ma'am once again for wanting to accommodate my suitcase). In my opinion, there is indeed a miscommunication from the owner. The trip on Nias was 2 days and we returned to Sibolga, we had time to look for lodging after getting off the ship but all were fully booked because indeed on Saturday-Sunday there were many open trips to the island, if there was a choice my husband and I agreed to move even though this was already paid for 2 Evening. Because I've already spent quite a bit of money from Jakarta to go to North Sumatra, I want to find something that's comfortable so I don't get bored :) Oh yeah talking about facilities. The extra bed is a mattress. Just for standard rooms, in the room there is also an insect house, the water must be lured so that it is strong. The advantages here are a pantry and air conditioning :). Please rate it for 300 thousand woth or not, it's definitely worth a different assessment. For those who are on duty and want to stay overnight, maybe you can ignore the hospitality of the guesthouse, but if you want to go for a walk, just rent a hotel, it's a little expensive but comfortable like staying at an inn. After all, access everywhere here is easy to use a trishaw. (fyi, I stayed here because it's close to the boat port to Nias). Btw, I'm sorry I can't give a 10 review as requested, maybe it can be used as an evaluation by the guesthouse in the future. The smallest form of hotels, inns, inns and guesthouses must be professional because this is a service sector. Thank You.
