My first stay at Pop Hotel Festival Citylink was very memorable, several times I have stayed at Pop hotels in other places, the rooms are a bit small, but at Pop Feslink the rooms are quite spacious and the bathrooms are also quite spacious. Check in was also not long, I arrived at 13.00 and confirmed with CS who at that time was Kak Anggi, she was very friendly and the service was also very good. The hotel is also connected to the mall so finding food is also very easy. Next time I go to Bandung, I will stay at POP Festlink Hotel again. Thank you

I stayed at this hotel for two nights due to a seminar in Bandung. I chose a room without breakfast. The service from check-in on October 15, 2025, to check-out on October 17, 2025, was good and friendly. The room was clean and spacious enough for a budget hotel. There was a window with a view of Bandung city. I was given a room on the 5th floor. Access to the room and the elevator is by card. The Wi-Fi signal is strong. The bathroom is clean. Drinking water is available; if you need it, there is a dispenser in the corridor. Tea, coffee, and a water heater are available. A safe deposit box is provided. Slippers are provided. The TV has many channels.
The hotel is located in the same complex as the Festival Citylink Mall. Finding food or snacks around the hotel is easy and convenient. Recommended for those on official business in Bandung and needing a hotel to stay overnight.

This is my second time at Pop Hotel. The quality remains consistent. The service is also good, with the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is right in the mall, so if you need anything, you can just go outside. It's a shame the pool access is no longer free (it turns out I haven't been here in a while).

The first time I stayed at POP, it was a long time ago. And the room was not comfortable, from the size and bathroom. The cleanliness was already good from before. But when I tried again yesterday, it turned out to be very different. The room size is not as small as before with a comfortable room atmosphere. Plus the bathroom is 'comfortable' compared to before. If asked, will I stay at POP again? Of course.

I'm tired of having breakfast at the hotel because sometimes the cutlery is not available, such as spoons, forks, bowls, and plates. I have to go around looking for cutlery and can't find it. Finally, I ask the staff and it takes a long time for the cutlery to be delivered. The food also runs out quickly and is not refilled, so guests who just want to have breakfast have already run out even though it's only 9 o'clock.

This is my second time at Pop Hotel. The quality remains consistent. The service is also good, with the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is right in the mall, so if you need anything, you can just go outside. It's a shame the pool access is no longer free (it turns out I haven't been here in a while).
But I'll definitely stay here again.

My first stay at Pop Hotel Festival Citylink was very memorable, several times I have stayed at Pop hotels in other places, the rooms are a bit small, but at Pop Feslink the rooms are quite spacious and the bathrooms are also quite spacious. Check in was also not long, I arrived at 13.00 and confirmed with CS who at that time was Kak Anggi, she was very friendly and the service was also very good. The hotel is also connected to the mall so finding food is also very easy. Next time I go to Bandung, I will stay at POP Festlink Hotel again. Thank you

The first time I stayed at POP, it was a long time ago. And the room was not comfortable, from the size and bathroom. The cleanliness was already good from before. But when I tried again yesterday, it turned out to be very different. The room size is not as small as before with a comfortable room atmosphere. Plus the bathroom is 'comfortable' compared to before. If asked, will I stay at POP again? Of course.

I'm tired of having breakfast at the hotel because sometimes the cutlery is not available, such as spoons, forks, bowls, and plates. I have to go around looking for cutlery and can't find it. Finally, I ask the staff and it takes a long time for the cutlery to be delivered. The food also runs out quickly and is not refilled, so guests who just want to have breakfast have already run out even though it's only 9 o'clock.
