The front desk staff were unfriendly. If guests didn't approach the front desk, they didn't greet them. The front desk staff cleaned the room without permission (I was from outside the hotel, and when I entered the room, the door was open and there was already an HK staff member inside). The room tissue refills were not available during my two-night stay (according to the front desk staff and the front desk staff, they were out of stock). Only the front desk staff offered toilet paper refills. The room was fairly clean, but the bathroom needs attention. The appliances are not working properly, so check them regularly or they need to be replaced. The unpleasant odor sometimes arises.

I chose the expensive executive suite, but it turned out there was no balcony and smoking was not possible. The old AC was not cold enough, the shower heater only worked for a short time, the bathtub lid didn't close properly so it couldn't be filled with water for soaking. I was only given coffee or tea sachets without sugar or creamer, and there was no spoon for stirring. The coffee pot was dirty and had never been washed, luckily I checked it first. Breakfast was disappointing, with the room price not being cheap, but the choices were only vermicelli, fried rice, capcay, and fried chicken. There was no telephone in the room, and the wifi couldn't be used either in the room or in the restaurant. Luckily the staff were still friendly.

The hot water in the bathroom sometimes turns on and sometimes doesn't, many of the snack stocks are empty, there are no tissues in the bedroom area (you have to ask for them first and then they give you a tissue box), promotions are not communicated to customers, I've been there twice and they always say the double bed is empty, the outdoor AC sound is very annoying

Staying here was beyond expectations. The price is quite affordable for a family room. The room is very spacious, comfortable, clean, and not stuffy. There is a bathtub. The staff is also friendly and helpful, especially regarding parking. Breakfast is basic but not bad. There is a pool, but it is under renovation. So far so good, although attention to facilities, furniture maintenance, and the building still needs to be improved to make it more comfortable. Perhaps regular hospitality training would be better to improve staff skills so they are more informative (they can provide more information before asking guests).

The bedsheets had yellow stains, the room was stuffy and smelly, and the bathroom floor was dirty. I just checked in at 3pm and checked out at night. I don't really recommend it, and the sofa in the lobby is dirty, like it's been wet and has islands. The atmosphere is a bit scary because it's dark from the entrance gate to the lobby. I didn't take any photos so I don't have any, but if you want to stay overnight, just check first before paying. Thank you.

a pleasant hotel. When I first arrived I was already very happy staying here, the staff were friendly and very helpful. the swimming pool is also spacious, only a few things that could be improved such as the water in the bathroom is not cold enough and does not come out completely, the sink is a bit clogged so I had to wait a long time, there should be perfume in the bathroom so the scent doesn't make your nose itch too much lol overall everything is good.

A pretty good hotel. I've stayed here many times, but the quality of the rooms has steadily declined. Some things aren't well maintained or looked after. The TV only has two channels, and the bathroom overflows.

The hotel is nice, the service is good, but the breakfast is really not good, for that price, they give you rice in a mica like rice in a hospital, the taste is not good and the menu does not meet expectations, just for input, it's better not to have breakfast if the menu is like that🙏 hopefully it will be better in the future. Please evaluate again. Thank you
