The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in, got a bed and a direct view of the mountain, very memorable vacation at Puncak Hotel Inn Resort🥰 for the drawbacks: no AC and the kettle was hot, that's all, everything else was good.

I'll come back. It's very comfortable here. The air is cool and cool even though there's no air conditioning. The staff, especially despite their seniority, are all very responsive and friendly. Good luck to the staff. I didn't get to say goodbye to the men yesterday because it was Friday prayers, maybe. The only downside is the stairs, which are a bit awkward going up and down. Hopefully, there will be an elevator in the future, especially for families bringing elderly people. Good luck and continued success, Puncak Inn Resort Hotel

Honestly, it's my first time staying here, at first I saw comments saying it was scary and horror, I wanted to cancel. But when I arrived, I swear there was no horror impression even though I got room 407 which was not far from the lobby, the hotel is old but it's very well maintained, neat and clean, the staff are friendly, the best thing is the view from the balcony is crazy, the best view, and this hotel is always busy on weekends, it's really suitable for families, it's located on the roadside so it's easy to get in and out and doesn't use the AC but it's really cold, I just wore a sweater and socks, there's a kettle, amenities are available, there's tea and coffee, the TV is already a smart TV yesterday I watched wet TV, I really want to come back again, if it's about food, it's just so-so for the price of around 400, an executive hill view room plus breakfast is really okay

Hospitality and Housekeeping are very lacking, the concept is an old hotel and all the items are very old, including the receptionist and the waiter, cleanliness is zero, when I stepped onto the carpet in the room it was like stepping on dust, everything was very sticky and damp, the trash can was dirty. The toilet was dirty and crusty, the hotel toilet was badly maintained, the floor was moldy, the balcony was covered in twigs and leaves. They didn't provide mineral water, but instead provided plain water in a kettle whose cleanliness wasn't guaranteed. Breakfast only included fried rice with no other menu options. The plates and spoons were all crusty, and the tea and coffee thermoses were very dusty, as if they had never been cleaned. It wasn't worth it for the rate of 500 and above per night. The mattress hurt. After 2 a.m., there were the sounds of children playing and running around above the room, even though my room was very far away on the 3rd floor and in a corner. As far as I know, there were dozens of rooms, but only about 6 cars parked at the time. Why did it sound so noisy after 2 a.m.? I will never stay at this hotel again.

Stingy with side dishes, even though the side dish only had eggs, stingy with bread, many people didn't get eggs and bread, the waitress said the women had run out, not long after she came out with eggs and bread on a small plate. She brought out 2, 2, it was hilarious. The service at the restaurant was cynical.
