The room is nice and clean, but the mattress is not comfortable, not soft, and the double mattress is put together so the mattress is not aligned and the blanket is very wrinkled, as if it was not ironed, how can you give guests sheets like that? The place is comfortable, the yard is spacious, but it's a shame the swimming pool is very hot, or is there no place to shelter, confused about what time to swim because it is very hot from morning to evening, poor children

Every time I visit Singaraja, I always stay at Hotel Puri Lovina. It's comfortable, with large rooms, complete amenities, including Wi-Fi, and a large, well-equipped bathroom. It overlooks rice paddies behind the hotel and mountains in front. Parking is also ample. It's close to everything, within walking distance to the beach. It's simply amazing.

Our family and I felt comfortable staying here, the place is quiet, the room is spacious and clean, only the toilet maybe not cleaned enough, it looks dirty on the walls below. There is a children's swimming pool so it is safe for children to swim.

Tried to call to order dinner via the room phone, it turned out there was no sheet or guide book of numbers to call. Tried 0, tried 9, tried all the numbers, the tone was just a long tone. Came to the front office, pressed a number or something I forgot, I said the phone was broken, so I went straight to the restaurant. There was someone there I asked, but he didn't respond, busy playing with his cellphone, answered whatever he wanted. His shift hadn't arrived yet, he said. When he arrived, I ordered fried rice + capcay to be delivered to the room, after the meal came, sorry, it was too salty.
