My first experience staying at Baturaden Hotel, highly recommended 👍🏻 I really like the atmosphere, it's close to the waterfall tourist spot, the staff are friendly and according to my request, I asked for a view of Mount Slamet 😍 the amenities are complete, clean, even though the price is cheap but I'm very satisfied. Thank you, I want to come here again next time..

The hotel is very clean, the sheets smell good, the bathroom is clean, the balcony is clean, there is no dust at all, wow, if I go to PWT I want to come back here again, even though the hotel is an old building, this hotel is really neat and clean from end to end, there is no trash at all, the staff is also friendly, hopefully the hotel will be even busier, thank you💚

A truly memorable stay. Friendly service, clean and spacious rooms, hot showers, and romantic views of the city at night.
It's no exaggeration to say that our stay at Queen Garden Hotel Baturraden far exceeded our expectations, considering the price we paid for it was under IDR 300,000 per night.
It was truly an experience I'm happy to write about and recommend.

Arriving at the hotel, the check-in process was carried out directly with the receptionist, the process took a long time because the receptionist informed me that someone had already checked in under my name, strangely, I just arrived after reconfirming with the reception team in the morning, it turned out there was a registration error. Please pay attention to this hotel, the facilities are OK, in room 114 the plug in the bar is not working, there is only one chair on the balcony, the building looks old and needs renovation, the breakfast is complete, delicious, the view is good. When I first entered, I didn't realize that this hotel didn't have AC, I thought it would be hot, but it wasn't. The staff were very friendly. The wait for check-in wasn't too long either. The wifi wasn't smooth, using my own quota, the signal wasn't very good. For the mattress, it seemed a bit dusty, because my allergies were acting up. Please add more lighting to the bathroom. The food tasted quite good and varied. Thank you, Queen Garden.
