Friendly Receptionist Room not cleaned before new guests check in

Friendly staff. The real condition is very different from the photos shown. With the same price you can get a better one.

The experience of staying here got a dirty room. There was a lot of trash under the bed. The TV facility didn't work.

The staff is friendly, but the room facilities have many drawbacks. The TV is just a decoration, the TV doesn't turn on, the bathroom is super super dirty... it's never been cleaned at all, making the floor yellow. The sitting toilet is also very dirty. I don't have the heart to step on the bathroom floor. The AC is said to be on, but the pool is hot... there is no water heater at all... the room floor is also sticky... there are so many drawbacks to this hotel

The staff are friendly, but unfortunately the bathroom toilet cannot be flushed and there is no hot water, and the TV cannot be used.

Overall it's good, they also provide drinking water. But the worst thing is, there are traces of urine in the toilet that haven't been flushed. So when you open the toilet, the smell of urine immediately comes out.

The booked room did not match the description in the application, the toilet had no lighting, the room was dirty and messy (not cleaned before the guest arrived). Moving to another room, the female admin was also not trustworthy, she said she would be informed via WA if there was an empty room in the next 2 hours, but waited 4 hours since the promised room was empty and there was no news. It turned out that the admin changed shifts and did not report to the next guard.
