The room is spacious, quite clean, minus some plywood furniture that is starting to peel, sheets and towels that are no longer white, but it's understandable maybe because it has been operating for a long time, the bathroom is quite clean with hot water. There is gallon water in each hallway. Close to mini markets and food vendors. Parking is quite adequate.

The rooms are very spacious and match the photos on the apps. All facilities are complete and functioning well. Cleanliness is also very good. Only 1 drawback, the shower water is small.

Hopefully the management can improve in training all staff in "what is real hospitality & implement to guest, how to smile, how to make guest satisfaction" today's technology becomes smart TV, including checking the small volume of water coming out of the shower, soap and shampoo holders attached to the wall in the refill or should be taken out. Bathmats that are torn and unusable but still on display. The room is not soundproof, there are many gaps including under the fairly large room door, mattresses and beds that are not comfortable because they are loose and make noise. Overall security is also responsive in parking services & exiting the parking lot. Thank you.

The price is so much with a very spacious room is worth it, Housekeeping works very well, the room is clean and tidy, the air conditioner is cold, but there are some suggestions for the future to be better. S.O.P. Greeting front desk is quite good, it would be better if while smiling during service both when checking in and checking out, it will give a much warmer and friendly impression so that guests feel at home.

The AC wasn't cold, when I entered the room it smelled musty, the room wasn't clean, there were traces of plastic k**d*m too, basically I was a bit disappointed 😓.

Untuk harga yang lumayan, tapii air panas tidak brfungsi . Posisi bwa anak bayi yang harus mandi pakai air hangat. Anak anak sya pulang dari penginap lngsng demam krna mandi air dingin.. kamar banyak debu dan sarang laba laba, handuk sangat kasarr. .
