The good thing is that the staff are friendly, but the facilities are really bad, there is no drinking water, no doormats, and it's not very clean. At night, it's really disturbing because it's really noisy, I swear, especially when I heard the staff fighting in the middle of the night.

There is no welcome drink. There is no standard Red Dorz equipment. No soap, shampoo, toothbrush & toothpaste. No blanket. Shower not working. TV broadcasts don't reach 10ch. Overall Rating * 0.5 only 😒.

VERY BAD! My 100 thousand deposit has not been returned until now! The reason is that the manager has taken all the money, the hotel is not clear! How can the deposit money be taken home!

Saya pesan via aplikasi, kamarnya di aplikasi ready, sampai selesai tahap payment dan sudah dapet e voucher. Sampai hotel kamar tidak tersedia, alasan pihak hotel sudah tidak kerjasama dengan traveloka, uang saya tidak dikembalikan, pihak hotel tolak lagi urus d traveloka, travelokanya pun tidak bisa refund sebab pembayaran sudah selesai dan saya di minta komplain ke pihak hotel. Entah uang saya masuk kemana, rugi waktu. Pihak hotel low respon. Harunya urusan managemt mereka yang urus ke travelokanya dengan cara kembalikan dulu duit saya yang sudah jelas jelas masuk ke pembayaran hotel ini.

The standard twin message is that you can pay more, the hotel is dirty with lots of cigarette trash, the AC is not cold, the TV is not so. Towels can only be used 1, WiFi can not be used. Employees are friendly but not ready. So bad.

Even a month ago my family and I stayed at the white house. Every parent to Manado is always happy to be there. The concept is all white, clean enough, the staff is friendly and friendly. Thank you the white house for giving me a pleasant stay with family. 2 days before check-out, Mama said she wanted to have a house with the same concept as this hotel. Thank you the White House as a witness to the last place my family and I gathered together even though after returning from Manado my mother died. I will return to this hotel to remember the time with my family there.
