Increase the receptionist's salary, very friendly. Can repeat staying here when in Malang, the price is cheap, but the facilities are great. Comfortable clean rooms, everything works well, friendly staff, strategic location. On the ground floor there is a pool, lots of plants, so the atmosphere is fresh. Very cool. Thank you very much.

I've stayed here several times. It's always great and comfortable. The rooms are clean, the AC is cool, the hot water runs smoothly, the Wi-Fi is good, and you can refill your mineral water unlimitedly. If only the hotel could provide an extra bed, it would be even better. This time, I booked a room with breakfast included. Although it only included boxed meals, the food was OK, quite tasty, and enough for a quick breakfast before starting your day. Just a suggestion, perhaps the cupboard doors could be made quieter when opened and closed. Thank you.

For me, this was my first time staying at a regular hotel, and I was beyond impressed. It was incredibly clean, the staff were friendly, the Wi-Fi was good, and the atmosphere was comfortable. Good job. The only problem was the towels. They were very rough, like grated coconut, and really irritated my skin. Luckily, I brought my own.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The WA admin is also very helpful. Close to any food, and access to anywhere is easy and close. The check-in process is easy, for late check out until 15. The room is clean, but the first time you enter the room, it smells a bit. But it's okay. Maybe in the future it will be given air freshener.

have stayed here several times for at least 2-3 nights strategic location, not far if you look at the children who study at one of the state universities in Malang, got a big and spacious room on the 1st floor, clean, cozy, fresh air.... affordable price.
