The toilet in room 115 usually has a ceramic floor that slopes towards the drain. It seems like the drain hole is higher. After showering, the water stagnates and doesn't dry out, so it's not very comfortable.

The staff is very friendly, but it's a shame there's no refrigerator or Wi-Fi.

The place is comfortable, there is a swimming pool with varying depths. It's still cold even though it's in Cipayungg. Next time, maybe the rooms can be renovated with a modern style because they are quite old.

It's definitely worth it for under 500, with decent amenities. The rooms are spacious and right in front of the pool, so there's no hassle running back and forth for the kids to swim. The atmosphere is also cool, with the natural sound of the water making it even more peaceful. Breakfast is just average: fried rice and a fried egg. I'll be back again next time.

I was quite shocked by the condition of the room. The mattress smelled musty, as if the sheets had never been changed. The wardrobe door hinge was broken. The bathroom smelled of urine from the moment I entered. The tube TV had no channels. I couldn't connect the Wi-Fi either. There was a gap in the door that let cockroaches in. Can you fix this next time?

Breakfast was limited, only fried rice and green beans. One fried egg was rationed per person, even though there were no other side dishes besides eggs. The AC wasn't cold at all, the bathroom was flooded with water that wouldn't drain, the shower didn't have hot water and the water was low, and there were no toiletries, only shampoo that doubled as soap. For a hotel class of almost 500 thousand, especially a deluxe one, this was really not worth it, but the location was okay and strategic. The rest of the homework was heavy, the risk of customers leaving if they didn't make improvements.

If you order from the application, you will definitely be given a room with 2 single beds, the reason being that the queen bed is sold out, but they asked to put the beds together and they were served well, for deluxe rooms, both with and without a balcony, all have bathtubs, I ordered one with a balcony and got room number 119, unfortunately I deliberately ordered one with a bathtub but it turned out the water in the bathtub was not on, I wanted to complain but I already had to PW, for the hot water in the bathroom it works, it just takes time to get really hot, the balcony is very useful for sitting around while enjoying the fresh air, you get 2 towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, a kettle, drinking water only gets 2 bottles of 600ml and can't be refilled, so you have to buy it at the reception for 5 thousand, tea, sugar and glasses are also provided, the wifi is connected but the connection is very slow or even impossible, there are 3 chairs, 1 large table, 1 small table, you get free breakfast for 2 people all you can eat, the menu is fried rice, fried egg, toast, green bean porridge, orange juice, the swimming pool is child-friendly and has a slide Also, below there is a gazebo garden near the river, overall score 8 out of 10, quite recommended.

The hotel is comfortable, the room is comfortable, clean, the AC is cold, the bed is clean, there is no cigarette smell, the bathroom is clean, there are swimming pool facilities, yesterday's buffet breakfast menu was fried rice, vermicelli, toast, burjo, tea, coffee, syrup. Only there is not enough fruit, try adding fruit it will be better.. The staff is friendly, the check-in and check-out process is fast.. Yesterday I tried to check in at 12 and it was possible, check-out is still at 12.. Overall it's okay, worth to try.. I'll come here again sometime on vacation 😍
