Room not like in the picture, smell of cigarettes, dirty condition, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom, wifi trouble, broken shower, no hot water, cheap price but overnight parking is charged double the additional fee + hourly parking. Overpriced late fee. Not communicative. Highly not recommended.

The room smells musty and cockroaches. Moss above the door is not clean. The cupboard is broken. The floor is not clean. The sheets look like they have been used. Cancel your stay.

To enter, you need to contact the admin number, because there is no direct reception area, the rooms are not very clean, there are still lots of usage residue from previous people which makes it uncomfortable. The door lock in room 1515h looks like it needs to be repaired. The toilet is also not clean. Only used to stay overnight and stop by.

Not like the illustration. The dirty blanket had a strong smell when opened, like it hadn't been washed for a long time, the dirty part was folded down, lots of stains. Hard pillows, dirty bathroom, trash can never washed inside until it turns black. Very disappointing.

The room was very different from the picture, disappointing, the gallon of water had not been replaced, the gas had not been replaced, the bed sheets were worn out, luckily it was only last night.

The place is clean and spacious. Only the water gallon was empty and I asked not to send it. I told you the cupboard door was loose and it was repaired straight away. My advice is that it's better to replace the cupboard to be safe.

There is not enough electricity so the water heater cannot be turned on. The water pressure is also low, the blanket is torn.

Minus the small tap water. Can be played with bathroom water.

The worst transit apartment I've been to. The room was dirty as h***, there were piles of dust and saw woods in every corner of the room and the closets. There were even pools of brown-colored dirt on top of the water gallon 🤢🤮. There was this bucket in the bathroom that was covered in mold that was just stored in the bathroom for no reason? The chair was all worn down and don't get me started with the curtains, it had holes and barely covered the window! The fan in the bathroom was absolutely covered in dust. Dude. You don't have to be a 5 stars hotel to be hygienic. It 's basic human decency to keep a somewhat clean living area. Plus, the staff was rude and unprofessional. He called my name and just said “ktp?” The h***, lmao. Barely looked me in the eyes and kept talking to me while he 's typing stuff on his phone. Must be a real busy guy lmao. If you're not even gonna try to train your staff and keep the room decent (not even 5 star hotel level, just normally decent), why even bothered to rent out the room?

The furniture (cupboards, drawers, tables, kitchen faucets, etc.) is in damaged condition, there is a stove but no cooking utensils, the floor is dirty, the curtains are dull and torn, the bed sheet is dirty like it has never been replaced, the bathroom door is at the bottom holes, the closet is dirty, the refrigerator door is rickety.

This price is already worth it. Cable TV, wifi access, air conditioning, refrigerator and given towels and bath amenities. Can swim too. Admin also fast response. thank you

Good, but the bedcover lil bit smelly, and the CP is Slow response. Overall it's good.

There are no trash cans in the room, the room is not clean & the TV doesn't work, especially parking fees that are not accommodated.

Kamar tidak sesuai gambar. Seprainya kayak sudah lama dan kusam. Kamar mandi kotor banget apalagi closet nya kayak abis diinjek pake sepatu dan jadi kayak WC umum 😭. AC nya juga berisik suka tiba-tiba suaranya kenceng terus kecil. Tv juga burem, untuk kamar okelah tapi ya nggak sebersih dan sekinclong di foto dan kurang terawat. Tolong ditingkatkan dan diperbaiki kekurangannya ya. Harusnya kemaren difotoin tapi lupa karena sudah capek juga mau istirahat.

Pemiliknya ramah dan cepat respon. tempatnya juga strategis, dekat indomaret. kapan-kapan kalau ke depok, saya ke sini lagi ya.

Recommended pokoknya, dari model kamar, pelayanan.

The check in was fast. Everything is clean and the room smells good, but if I may suggest, please replace the towels for each guest because yesterday it was like the towels were used so I didn't use them. Overall satisfied with the room :)
