The hotel was really good, I was given a room that was upgraded to a deluxe room at no additional cost, the staff helped me check in an hour earlier than check-in time, and when I was about to check out, I was offered breakfast that could be taken to the airport even though check-out was at 3 am, and there was no deposit at all.

Staying here is very comfortable, the service is very good and friendly, the receptionist is very helpful. Fast check in, the room is also clean and fragrant, the bed is comfortable and soft. Since we had to get back to work and had an early flight, we didn't have time to enjoy breakfast at the hotel. However, the hotel offers takeout breakfast with a choice of menu options. We ended up choosing Rogers Hotel's Nasi Goreng. It was really delicious, even though we had to eat it at a high altitude.

The parking area for motorbikes is far away and has no roof, the bathroom shower is small and takes a long time to get down so it gets flooded, the AC is not cold enough.

There are plenty of parking spaces... you can park at the front or back of the hotel... The swimming pool in on the second floor so you can always swim at its operational hour... Breakfast is also worth to try , they have station with plenty of choice (you can ask them to make you sausages, eggs, porridge and also some of special Manado food...
