The room is quite clean, but unfortunately the TV cannot be watched in a complicated way, then the employees are not polite when they open the door without knocking first, even though the door. That means he opened another card. Should the employee know whether the room has guests or not.

A simple place, good service, hot shower facilities do not work, television broadcasts are not clear, the food menu is good, for the old interior patio chair models do not need to be put in the room so it is not crowded, the mosque must be better.

My arrival to Cepu was on business, when I arrived the room provided was dusty and looked like it was rarely used and cleaned. Then I moved rooms but the new room air conditioner rang so it was uncomfortable to hear, I moved rooms again but something similar happened. Although the room was not as expected, I was satisfied with the service provided and very patient.

Do you want to take a shower without waiting for life to be fixed. The drain sink didn't enter the pipe so it went straight out to the floor. When I eat breakfast, it runs out even though it's 7:00 in the morning

The service is good, the price of food inside is cheap, it's just that it happens to be constrained by water that is water runs out in the morning when we stay so it is quite troublesome but the hotel response is very good in overcoming these obstacles.
