A hotel in Solo with beautiful city views from morning to night. The suites are incredibly comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped. The hotel is clean, and the staff are all friendly. Parking is a bit tricky, but valet parking and parking are available on site. Don't worry about getting hungry, as there are plenty of culinary options around the hotel along Jalan Slamet Riyadi. ❤️🫶

When is the SOP for linen in the hotel room, especially the bed sheets, changed? Every time a guest checks out or is it just tidied up. Knowing the bed sheets are dirty because there are hairs and the smell of used bed sheets. I have already told Reception when I extended for a day. I had breakfast at the restaurant on October 18th in the morning until 9.20, there was only 1 table and 1 male staff who didn't care, even though I approached the podium and said my room number, he still answered yes sir, that's it. And when I left the place, he didn't look up at all while sitting on the restaurant podium... he needs to be refreshed regarding basic hospitality. I didn't see his name, tall and white. This second visit was not as good as the previous visit.

My first stay, I got a room with a less than ideal AC and a slightly musty smell. It would be better to move, but the floor was dirty. Cleanliness was very poor. Breakfast was quite good.
