There was stagnant water in the bathroom because the drain wasn't low enough so it was dirty and wet..one more thing, the soap for bathing was out of the bottle. When I asked the staff, they said it was out of stock and there hadn't been any delivery yet. That's strange...the hotel ran out of bath soap.

The location is very strategic, close to the terminal, intercity bus agencies for all routes, and close to souvenir shops. For service, please have staff stand by at the reception area so they're easy to find. Also, please improve the cleanliness of the hotel, especially the rooms.
Most importantly, the toilet flush doesn't work properly. The Wi-Fi doesn't reach the rooms, meaning it's unusable.
