My two-day stay here was safe and comfortable. The location is strategic, close to everything and in the heart of Pekanbaru. I haven't tried the breakfast yet. The accommodation has an elevator.

The hotel staff was very friendly. When I arrived, I asked for a change of sheets and pillowcases, and they were immediately changed. Perhaps the HK manager forgot to change them. There were no towels, but the staff immediately got them. Thank you very much. The room was comfortable, with AC, TV, and hot water.

I accidentally wanted to take a shower, it was already 12 midnight, I saw a yellow color in the toilet, I thought the water was cloudy, but when I flashed it, the shit was gone, I didn't change the bedsheet, but it still smelled of someone else's body.

The bathroom floor was slippery and looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in a while. There were diapers left in the drawer, and an old hoodie. There was no liquid soap or tissues. The room lock was hard to open, and instead of being fixed, they just left it there. The receptionist, wearing a hijab and glasses, pretended to be busy and was unfriendly.
