Staying here will never be boring. The staff is very responsive. It has a swimming pool suitable for children, spacious rooms, and a complete breakfast including egg noodles, meatballs, fried rice, herbal drinks, coco crunch, fruit, and much more. I'd definitely return to this hotel if I were in Kudus. Recommended for families.

Alhamdulillah... Traveloka and hotel services are very satisfying. I stayed here for the second time. Traveloka is always right on the availability of rooms in an emergency when I stayed because my mother-in-law had to be hospitalized. Booked a room suddenly, even though there was only 1 room left, it was in accordance with what was stated in the Traveloka application. The hotel is comfortable, clean, quiet, and the service is friendly. Highly recommended. Thank you Traveloka and Saphire Hotel.

The facilities were okay, but the loud phone calls in the room next door were a bit distracting from 10:00 AM to 12:30 AM, which disturbed guests who were trying to rest. Also, the bed frame was made of plywood, not wood, so it was a bit noisy. The service was okay.

Although the hotel's atmosphere and environment are pleasant, cleanliness needs to be improved. I received bed sheets with stains like those in the photo. The sheets and pillowcases looked worn and discolored. I stayed for 4 days, and several times my mineral water was not sealed and the contents were reduced. Very disappointing.

Staying here was truly delightful. Yesterday, I stayed with my family in a pavilion-like suite for my mom's birthday. She was thrilled because the room was private, like a home, but with a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Anything you needed was easy, just call the front desk or the restaurant. Everything was handled quickly. If you stay more than one night, you'll receive free room cleaning. So, there's no need to hesitate to stay here. Good luck and enjoy.

I've stayed here several times when I've been to Kudus. It's affordable, the food is delicious, the staff is friendly, it's clean, the facilities are complete, there's a cool swimming pool, and it doesn't use chlorine anymore. It's the best.

Every time I went to Kudus, Central Java, I always stay at this hotel. It's so convenient and affordable with great employees. And besides, I saw a new building for their expansion, and what is interesting is there is an ongoing villa for families.
