The staff are very friendly here, loved the location because it's located in an uncrowded area, easy access to anywhere such as minimarket or restaurants, the process for checking in is fast and simple. I have been to this hotel many times if I wanted to stay in the BSD area. In conclusion, recommended for a 3-stars hotel! Thank you Sapphire Sky Hotel manager, keep up the good work.

Pihak hotel sangat ramah dan welcome banget, sangat mengakomodir jika kita perlu sesuatu. Pelayanan dari saat check in sampai check out sangat cepat. Yang teristimewa, saat 1 hari lagi mau check out, kamar saya di-upgrade ke level yang lebih tinggi dengan view kota Serpong yang cantik. Thanks buat team management-nya yang top markotop. Breakfast-nya yummy banget, menu setiap hari berganti-ganti dan pelayanannya sangat memanjakan. Security-nya juga dapat acungan jempol deh, next akan kembali lagi jika ketemu libur panjang. Better than my expectation! I booked this hotel for a one-night escape to Serpong to meet some friends and have fun. Honestly, I hesitated at first. But the hotel surprised me! The staff was super kind. The breakfast (we chose to get it in sahur time) was quite satisfying. We could prefer either Western or Indonesian food for sahur. The Ramadan atmosphere was very well reflected with the music and decoration. I loved the ambiance. The pool is small but clean and there is a space to sit and chill with your friends. The only minus is that the room we stayed was small, though enough for a one-night stay. Also it was connecting to another room from inside and that room was also occupied. That made us a little bit unrest. And the parking lots are not that many, but luckily I had a place every time I tried to park my car. Overall, the experience was quite satisfying for a budget staycation. Thanks for the good service!

The rooms were clean, and I loved the pool and fitness facilities within the building.
This was my first trip to Indonesia, and the staff were very helpful and helpful in answering my questions.

The staff was friendly, but early check-in wasn't possible. The food was delicious, especially the carbonara pasta. The executive room was comfortable, but not very soundproof. The cut fruit was served per plate, making it very convenient.

The location is close to ICE BSD, about 8-10 minutes away. The breakfast is quite good. When ordering food from the room, the chicken soto is quite good, but it's not hot enough. The gado-gado is good. The mendoan is good, but the portion is small and a little. Overall, it's recommended.

We were given a connecting room, but the room next door was very noisy. We were informed that we were staying for our anniversary. We also got married at the Sapphire Hotel in 2020. But this was the first time the service was very bad.
The food wasn't delicious, especially the siomay and the balado fish. Not everyone can eat fish. Chicken is better.

The sound from the next room leaked heavily (a risk of getting a connecting room), and the noise from the highway was very disturbing throughout the night, making it difficult to get a restful and comfortable rest. The staff service was also quite slow and not very consistent.

The rooms were clean, and I loved the pool and fitness facilities within the building.
This was my first trip to Indonesia, and the staff were very helpful and helpful in answering my questions.

The staff was friendly, but early check-in wasn't possible. The food was delicious, especially the carbonara pasta. The executive room was comfortable, but not very soundproof. The cut fruit was served per plate, making it very convenient.

The location is close to ICE BSD, about 8-10 minutes away. The breakfast is quite good. When ordering food from the room, the chicken soto is quite good, but it's not hot enough. The gado-gado is good. The mendoan is good, but the portion is small and a little. Overall, it's recommended.

We were given a connecting room, but the room next door was very noisy. We were informed that we were staying for our anniversary. We also got married at the Sapphire Hotel in 2020. But this was the first time the service was very bad.
The food wasn't delicious, especially the siomay and the balado fish. Not everyone can eat fish. Chicken is better.
