The hotel is nice and clean. I like the room. I stayed here for 2 days and it was very comfortable. The response was fast when I asked for this and that. It's close so I don't waste money on travel, I want to go culinary in Braga or Buimas, it's not far. Thank you, Serela, next holiday in Bandung, I will come back here again.

The hotel is comfortable, the building looks well-maintained, the rooms are clean, and the front desk is open 24 hours, so even at night, checking in was easy. The location is right in the city center, close to everything. I was on a business trip, and it was easy to walk around the hotel. I would definitely return to this hotel again. Recommended.

The location is strategic, but the room seems poorly maintained. The AC made a rattling noise, so much so that I had to turn it off. The toilet was also poorly maintained.

I chose two rooms for my family, but one room had a problem with the toilet flush, and we requested a room change. However, please pay attention to the carpet in the room, as it looked dusty. The breakfast variety wasn't extensive, but it was quite tasty.

I wanted to stay here because when I passed Merdeka Street, there used to be a sign, Serela. It does feel like an old hotel, with perhaps new management (by Amaze Hotel). The service is fine. Parking is a bit cramped. The internet isn't great, and it's slow. Even my cell phone signal doesn't reach my room. It's difficult for business trips that require using a laptop in the room. The TV channels are limited and the signal keeps dropping out. So I just hung out in my room. Luckily, I was tired and my work was done, so I didn't sleep long. The song "Amaze Hotel" in the hallway was disturbing, as the room wasn't soundproof. It kept ringing in my ears, and on repeat, I had to turn it off. Breakfast was okay.
