Seruni Hotel Family Room

I stayed there 3 times, but the last time I got the best view... I didn't want to go home 😍

The check-in process was fast, the staff were very helpful and there were plenty of entertainment facilities for both children and adults.

The road to the hotel is very easy to find, the road is smooth and not damaged. Check in is easy, the car park is close to the room. I stayed in a family room with a connecting door. The bathroom amenities are very complete, there is hot water in the shower, bathtub and sink. The room is quite spacious, one room with a double bed and the next room with a twin bed. There are many interesting places to take photos and explore. In the evening around the Eiffel Tower there are culinary and dance performances. We ate grilled corn while relaxing. The place is very comfortable. Want to try staying again in a different type of room, because I haven't had the chance to try the swimming pool. The breakfast is also quite delicious and has enough variety. Hopefully I can get a room here again next time. Because it is quite difficult to stay here, the hotel is often always full.

For family rooms 33 and 34, small, itchy ants often appear on the mattresses. Please always check carefully because you are worried it will become uncomfortable 🙏🙏

Comfortable family rooms, there's a space for relaxing with the family, friendly staff, fast check-in/out process. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, with a waiting list. Many guests stayed overnight, and breakfast was served in one place, and the taste was also lacking.

The right air and weather make the place romantic, the reception is friendly, the security makes you feel calm, the food is delicious with lots of variations, there are also Indonesian, Western, and Asian menus, the rooms are clean, neat, fragrant, and definitely big and spacious, there are lots of swimming pool options too, which definitely makes it fun and exciting for families and children, there is also a children's entertainment play area, the fountain makes it luxurious at night with colorful lights

The hotel grounds are vast, but there's no signage or room numbers on the doors, which can be confusing for first-timers like me. There's also no staff to guide you.

Finally managed to stay here..arrived early because I didn't want to waste time exploring the playground..fortunately that night there was a Balinese dance performance so it was even more exciting..the family was satisfied with the place and the service..maybe there is input so that the room facilities need to be given more attention because there was a broken cupboard that was still on display..that's all..the rest is really okay

Check in time can be early as long as the room is empty, the check in process is helpful. Breakfast lacks variety & waiting list during breakfast 😅 Thank you seruni

There was a problem with the room key, but the technician quickly fixed it.

The check-in process is very fast. For this type of room, it is quite spacious, there are 2 connecting rooms with 1 living room. Got a room on the 2nd floor, the view is okay, it's just right to stay at the peak of severe traffic jam, so many customers just arrived in the middle of the night, and the sound of buses and people's voices quite disturbed me and my baby sleeping. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 shower only, 1 has a bathtub, it makes the kids happy to soak. For child-friendly facilities, it's quite okay, there are several outdoor playgrounds, there are even 4 or more pools, right? There is a mini waterboom, archery, mini zoo (can feed rabbits and sheep), there is a carousel and trains, it makes you happy. For breakfast, the food is delicious but the choices are not many, but the staff is quick to refill if there is anything that runs out. If asked whether I will stay again or not, I'll say yes but with a more modern room type if available.

I am a Seruni customer. Almost every month I definitely stay with my family there. Coincidentally, yesterday I got a family room which has a living room and is on the 1st floor. Review. It feels really hot. Maybe because it's on the 1st floor so it doesn't catch the wind. Then the ventilation is also very tight plus it is covered with mosquito net. Suggestion, maybe add a blower like in the upper room so that the cold outside air can come in and not be too hot. Thank You.

Hotel yang family friendly, anak-anak senang bermain di sana, nyaman dan staffnya pun gercep walau high season hanya kamar mandi di room F21 airnya agak mengenang tidak langsung turun ke pembuangan. Jendela kamar mandi yang seperti kisi-kisi membuat orang lain di luar kamar bisa melihat kepala qta. Next time mau coba inap di seruni 2. Thank you untuk semua pegawai dan pelayanannya 😊.
