I enjoyed my stay there. The staff were very accommodating at looking after my issues to make my stay very comfortable and satisfying. The breakfast experience was very good, the food selection and quality fine. I was able to extend my stay and when I return to Bandung I will be sure to stay at the Shakti Hotel. Thank you.

Overall, it's really good and very clean. Yesterday I got it in the new building, before checking in and still on the way to the hotel, I confirmed by phone. When I arrived at the hotel, everything was ready, the AC and everything was ready. Just take a shower and lie down. The staff were all friendly and helpful, from the security post, receptionist to the OB staff, they were really good. Thank you Sakti Hotel. Highly recommended 👌🏻👍🏻

The Family Room for 4 Pax is spacious and nice, the only drawback is that the bathroom is separated by glass, although it has been given a boundary, but it is still transparent, even though the family is still uncomfortable. And outside noise is still visible. Everything else is very good.

This is the best hotel. The facilities, rooms, views, and food are all top notch. The shower faucet in my bathroom was easily broken, but it could probably be fixed. But that's it, overall it's really good. There's also a welcome drink in the room.
