The place is nice... comfortable... the view is of the river... but unfortunately the boat wasn't running or maybe there were only a few visitors at that time... the service is good... the admin's WA is also fast to respond

Overall it's good, the staff is friendly, only the room I got had a room with a less cold AC and the room key was already broken, the door couldn't be closed, had to be locked before it could be closed. 😁

It's nice to be in Shane Josa, with a beautiful river behind it.

Great service! Unfortunately, the facilities lack maintenance so some electronics are not functioning, like the water heater in the Riverview type, and the AC in the Superior type.

not very clean, the toilet smells of urine and lots of sand, the yard has lots of cigarette butts that haven't been thrown away, the sink is leaking. The mattress is quite soft, the sheets are quite clean. Because it's made of bamboo, lots of ants enter the room. The view is nice because there's a big river, quite calm. The price is reasonable and affordable. The yard is spacious and the kids can play freely.

Manual administration, receipts using shop notes, transfer accounts are still under personal names. Cleanliness is lacking, dust is visible. The window glass is broken in room no. Josa 3. Suggestion: Service should be improved, administration should be improved with digitalization and professionalism. Room maintenance and cleanliness should be considered thoroughly, not just what is visible to the eye at a glance.

Plus: - Quiet location away from the crowds - There is a hot water dispenser + gallon in the room - On the terrace there are lounge chairs + table - AC is quite cold - Large bed - There is a small clothesline for drying towels - Vehicle parking right in front of the room - The room is like a hut with a thatched roof + wooden walls. - There is a sitting spot and swing on the edge of the river to relax. - According to previous reviews, there are many facilities (canoe rental, eating on the boat) - The staff is quite friendly and responsive. Minuses: - The place is too quiet. - I don't know if the gallon of water is pure or refilled because the water looks old - The terrace canopy is short so when it rains, rainwater splashes onto the terrace chairs - The AC is indeed cold, but during the day it is not enough to cool the room because maybe the thatched roof and wooden walls are not enough to withstand the heat of the sun from outside and the position of the AC is behind so we who are resting on the mattress are hot. - we had time to arrange the sheets and on the mattress there were many black spots like mold - because the walls are wooden there are many ants and cockroaches in the room. we found cockroach droppings on the mattress when we returned from outside the inn. - some of the swings had broken ropes/cracked support poles so they were not safe to use. - toiletries did not have toothbrushes and toothpaste. - no TV. When it rained we could not leave the room there was no entertainment in the room. - the bathroom lights were not bright enough and the bathroom was narrow. The flush also took a long time to refill. - the first night we were cold + got caught in the rain riding a motorbike from Banjar but there was no water heater so we took a cold shower at night. - there is no water tap outside. when returning from the beach our feet are sandy we have to enter the KM in the room to wash our feet. the floor of the room is always 'scrubbed' with sand Maybe this inn was once a hit in its time with various facilities but now it needs a lot of rejuvenation. should have stayed 3 nights, but the last night moved to the inn next to LePari (Putri) because I couldn't stand it. In the new hotel, we were able to sleep soundly because the room was comfortable, with a TV and water heater.

Total 4 days 3 nights stay at Shane Josa. Definitely recommended because there are many activities that can be done at the inn. Suitable for children too. Thanks!

I stayed here for a night with my family. The location is nice as it is located by the river. Good ambiance. Nice service. They provide room, amenities, breakfast for three of us. However, the room needs to be repaired. There are some holes on the wall and the hot water did not work properly. So far I enjoyed staying there as it is worth the price.
