Too bad there is no choice not to give stars. This is the dirtiest and worst hotel I've ever been to. Because I was really forced to check in early in the morning and plan to check out early in the morning, I decided to stay here, even though I had read the reviews. With a price that is not up to 100 thousand rupiah, I also don't expect anything. Hotel lobby, gloomy and dull. The rooms are dingy, dirty and the sheets look a lot of stains. Dirty bathroom. The worst thing is that at midnight, the room door is opened from the outside even though it is locked from the inside. There was someone who opened the door from the outside using another room door key that could be used to open my room. The guest opened the room with the knowledge of the hotel staff. Even though it was clear that the room key number hanging on the key was different from my room number. After protesting, we were finally moved to a room with a lock system using a slot key. In this room, there are wet towels folded, trash sanitary napkins in the corner of the bathroom floor. The drinking water in the thermos is very dirty. There is a liquor bottle in the corner. The hotel management cannot guarantee the safety of hotel guests because they do not know that there is a key that can be used to open another room even though the room number is different, even the key shape is different. Not really recommended to stay. The hotel management apologized repeatedly and promised to make improvements to the security and cleanliness of the hotel.

Towels are not provided directly, bottled mineral water is not available, the room and bed linen are not clean, the table is dusty, I upgraded the room to an AC but the ac is not too cold, the tv remote must be asked for first but after the tv turns on, it turns out the antenna is not installed, morning wants bathing and praying could not be because the water was dead, so to take a shower we were moved to the downstairs room.

That was really bad experience to stay.. really uncomfortable place to take a sleep.. and even the bath room door can’t be locked.

Resepsionis nya kaya introgasi . gak di kasih handuk sabun gak ada bak air cuma ember kecil tv mati yg lebih gak enak lagi banyak orang gak jelas padahal cuma numpang istirahat doang gak pake nginep. yg jelas jangan mudah ketipu ma harga . gak sesuai sama deskripsi.tumbnail tipu tipu.kaya di penjara

Usually I never comment. Only yesterday. when staying, not given a couch, soap, check-in to interrogation, banhet small running water, small wamber. If it is big, it can be accommodated. if you turn it down it's hard uncle. even though the price is cheap, there are still others whose prices do not lag much but not bad, for example at line 2, or aden, but our house is more recommended even though we can't park the car but really home. that's all.

I booked all the twins rooms but got only singles and the rooms were almost all musty and not ready for use, I was given everything on the 2nd floor. Not according to order. But the staff who help us are good and nimble.
