The hotel does not match what the hotel accommodation conveys. The time when I wanted to check in said all the AC rooms and bathrooms were broken. Even offered a room with a fan.

The staff and service are not friendly, the rooms are dirty and dusty, the bathroom is dirty and dusty the water reservoir is not feasible, the facilities are very disappointing, bath towels are not provided, the mattress pad is only provided as it is, very uncomfortable for lodging.

Minimum price with maximum quality. Near from Siak Palace and Siak Bridge. Opposite the hotel is the Siak River with chairs neatly arranged by the local government, with a view of the Siak Bridge. Around the hotel there are many stalls, cafes and minimarkets. For those who like touring with a minimal budget like me, I highly recommend this hotel. 137 thousand can stay for three of them. Moreover, what can be complained at is as cheap as that.

Although somewhat upset because the room suddenly changed. but the Yasmin hotel helps. only the bathroom is dirty. lots of cigarette butts.

Very unfortunate with the condition of the hotel. The water closet is not alive, confused about where to go down to the floor first 1. in the room there is no trash bin, the TV does not live sound. It makes it like an uninhabited house, if you get the second floor at the end, you are ready. Hopefully this guesthouse can add lights to a brighter, really scary 2nd floor is quiet
