Studio Room at Dio Vivo Apartement

An unpleasant experience, after checking in and entering the room, not long after someone tried to enter my room, trying to open the door. Because at first I thought it was just a premonition, so I put a wedge on the door handle so that if someone tried to open the door again, the wedge would fall. And sure enough, around 3/4 am someone tried to open the door until the wedge fell (more than once) and there was always the sound of men coughing when they wanted to open the door. Highly not recommended. ALWAYS LOCK YOUR DOORS! AND ALWAYS HOLD THE KEY IN THE DOOR SO IT CAN'T BE OPENED WITH ANOTHER KEY FROM THE OUTSIDE OF THE DOOR! For the first time I got a waterproof mattress like those in hospitals. The room was not very clean, not well maintained, got 1 towel, 1 soap, and 1 toothbrush.

The front office is open 24/7 and is very friendly and welcoming. Entry is quite strict because there is only one access card, and you cannot enter the building without it. For car and motorcycle parking, don't forget to ask for a stamp at the front desk because it is quite expensive (calculated per hour). For rooms, only one towel is provided. There is no Wi-Fi, but there is a TV, but it is very limited. The space is quite tight if you bring a suitcase, it might be a bit cramped. As for cleanliness, it's just so-so, not super clean but not terribly dirty.

The price is affordable, and the room is also clean for a reasonable price. The only thing is that the hallway leading to the room is a bit dim at night. So far, it's been fine.

Friendly and kind, complete facilities, close access

The service is very slow, the hotel is very dirty, the room is dirty, the smell is bad, the mattress is almost broken, basically everything is minus.

the place is quite expensive, the price is still worth it, the room is quite clean, but the service is a bit horrible, maybe, there is a lack of explanation.

Good enough to just stay with friends, the room can accommodate 3 people, the location is a bit into an alley, the room and toilet are quite clean, if you want to order food online there are lots of choices around.

Ada sedikit cerita untuk penginapan saya. Kalau mau ke arah apartement ada jalan yang sudah rusak dan banjir. Dan banjirnya lumayan dalam. Kalau mau yang jalur enak lewat dekat UPN. Untuk overall puas. Parkir masih bayar dengan harga yang cukup lumayan.

The choices are satisfied and dissatisfied. Just ordered and stayed at the apartment for the first time. Initially I was curious about the various negative and positive comments at this inn. My experience: the inn is located around a narrow street, but that's not a problem for us. When we enter the location of the inn on the left side there is a TPS (garbage dump). Arriving at the receptionist, he was greeted by the security guard, because the kl in this apartment has an individual so when checking in the security guard had a bit of trouble finding the key for about 15 minutes we waited. That's it, the access to the card is problematic, haha, as a result, every time I enter, I borrow security access. Then I arrived at the room, until my room was my habit of checking the bathroom (hmm the floor was still wet, meaning it was really just cleaned - here we checked in at 8 pm) it was a bit stuffy, that's why when we came out we bought camphor or fragrance to reduce smell in the bathroom area. The facilities provided include a cupboard (broken door condition) and only hanger 1. Towels 2 and soap (safely provided) cooking utensils (2 pans with less clean conditions so when we want to use it, we wash it first). The cooking utensils are clean, how come the stove doesn't turn on hahahah, it's really nice even though I've prepared to buy coffee and instant noodles. The fridge is not cold or working properly. Horror, thank God I didn't find any horror stuff. And we can sleep well s. D morning and continue the next journey. In conclusion, please improve the facilities. This is our review.
