Location close to Sudirman Grand Ballroom.
Parking building pay 50 thousand for 24 hours. Bed sheets are changed upon request, take the key in the locker at the pin info by the host via Wa. The room is quite clean and given amenities toothbrush + toothpaste 3 pairs.
The bathroom is quite sad, the frosted glass is full of water spots can not be used as a mirror, the sink and faucet are also full of water spots, the toilet is also uncomfortable to use, the bathroom is dirty and smelly, the bathroom door cannot be closed, the dirty mat is not replaced. The bathroom really needs to be improved.
The plus point is its location which is very close to the Sudirman Grand Ballroom.

We've been waiting since 2 o'clock until we finally got bored and looked for another place, but we still couldn't get a refund even though we didn't stay overnight. There was no contact to contact so at 2 o'clock we were confused about where to go, and the apartment said there was no cooperation with Traveloka lol

The owner is responsive, helpful for all the comforts during your stay at the Apartment, just a little suggestion, the lower part of the kitchen should be tidier and the bathroom should be a little shinier so it looks even better. Keep up the good work and keep selling well, next time I have to repeat my order

Actually it's safe & comfortable, but the parking fee is expensive 50 thousand, there is no wifi, the induction stove doesn't work so it can't be used to cook instant noodles, the gallon of water is empty so you have to buy your own contents, the sink faucet in the bathroom also can't be used, there's not enough hanger because it's just 2 pieces, no place to dry towels, TV remote also doesn't work (maybe battery) & no broadcast, sofa has collapsed. Maybe in the future it can be improved more.

And the water in the sink faucet is a bit low, while the building's central pump is being repaired. And for building parking, you can go to the reservation section for daily parking. Kamarnya bersih nyaman. Ada peralatan masak kalau malas ke bawah beli makanan, bisa buat kopi dan mie instan, lengkap sampai dispenser air panas dingin, walau ada kulkas n tv. Pokoknya lengkap kap kap. Owner-nya baik banget n sabar. Recommended banget next nginep di sini lagi.
