Checked in at 3 in the morning after a 5 hour journey, the condition was not healthy, the room on the 3rd floor brought a child with 2 suitcases, when I asked for help to lift the suitcases the male receptionist pretended not to hear, even though the distance was only 1 meter, finally asked for help from the same person the brothers sitting in front of Oyo. Just one night to stay here. It's just not appropriate to be in the app.

The room is clean, the bathroom is also clean and spacious, the shower is heavy. But the receptionist is a bit dirty, doesn't smile even though the service should smile. I booked from 3 days before I got to the 3rd floor and I was tired when I went up.

Stafnya sangat sangat tidak ramah, aturannya ribet, kalo ada yang rusak dtanggung pengunjung, tapi kenyataannya banyak yang pada dasarnya rusak, kayak remot AC lemotnya minta ampun, udah ganti 2x masih saja sama, hati-hati buat pengunjung yang ga periksa barang-barang.
