I stayed for 3 nights with my family. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I checked in early. I got a room with a view directly overlooking the heart of Karawang. Electronic appliances like the TV, washing machine, refrigerator, and microwave worked well. Unfortunately, there was no gas cylinder, so the stove couldn't be used. And there was no broom provided for cleaning.

The room is damp, the cupboards and chairs are all moldy, it seems like they haven't been maintained well... there are cockroaches in the kitchen set... the blankets and sheets are itchy

Please, this agent needs a lot of evaluation. The receptionist should be on standby. If there is a meeting, try to make sure the reception desk is full and not empty. Many guests have been waiting for almost an hour because the reception desk is empty. Other agents also said that 7RM often goes out, hmmm, luckily the facilities provided are quite good.
