If you're on vacation in Malang, this hotel could be a good choice. We stayed for two nights, choosing a Deluxe Twin room. The room was spacious, with a smart TV and a sofa bed, perfect for a family with two children. Facilities include an indoor pool, a small playground for children, and a gym. There's plenty of parking. Wi-Fi is good, available throughout the hotel. The food is delicious, especially the French Toast. It's close to Kayutangan Heritage, Klojen Market, and the train station. I forgot to check out the rooftop 😁

Although we only stayed for one day and one night at 101 OJ Klojen Malang, we found the service provided by the management to be excellent. Our family loved the clear mountain views from the rooftop of Hotel 101. The hotel staff, from the security guards, doormen, front desk staff, and even the hotel manager, were very friendly. The security guards and doormen were quick to respond and helped with luggage during both check-in and check-out. Hotel amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television, hot water shower, electric kettle, and more all functioned well. The hotel's cleanliness was also very well maintained. Another highlight was the strategic location of Hotel 101 OJ, close to Malang Baru Station, Klojen Market, and more.

The service was excellent. I stayed here because I was going to Bromo. I was worried about leaving Bromo at check-out, but they were very kind, offering to leave the key with me, and thankfully, I was still able to clean the room before checking out. I'll definitely be back here again if I go to Malang.

One word for this hotel: "addictive." This is the umpteenth time my wife and I have stayed at Hotel 101 while vacationing in Malang and Batu. This is a pure testimonial, not an endorsement, hehe. 1. PRICE: relatively affordable compared to other hotels in the same class. 2. LOCATION: strategically located close to Malang Station, Malang Town Square, Klojen Market, Kayoetangan, etc. 3. SERVICE: top-notch service, any request (normal) or complaint is always responded to with a responsive and smiling smile. Awesome. 4. WELCOME DRINK: always available! 5. FACILITIES: spacious rooms, including an extra sofa, a large TV (great for playing PS5), installation by calling a technician, a small refrigerator (safe for bringing food), a quiet pool with separate adult and child parking spaces, a great gym, and a rooftop skyroom with a great view. Ample parking (outside parking, in front of the hotel, and also inside the building). 6. F&B: awesome restaurant The ones on the lobby and skyroom floors also have awesome views and food. 7. FINALLY, I love the bathroom! There's a faucet that's perfect for ablutions, haha! Awesome, 9.3/10 Just maintain the consistency of service and cleanliness, and if possible, improve it further.
