I've stayed at Alana twice for work in Surabaya, always with the same room. It's always comfortable, the location is really close to everywhere, the room is clean, smells good, the staff is friendly, the food is good. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I was impressed with the service. I was allowed to check in early with FOC, and they even went to the trouble of combining the double beds to make a single bed. The location is also strategic, close to everything, easy to find food, and even if I wanted to hang out at a cafe, I could just walk. I really enjoyed my stay at Alana. If I have another business in Surabaya, I will stay here again.

wow this is one of my favorite hotels. the location is very strategic, close to everywhere. the indoor swimming pool is not too hot, there is a sauna. the breakfast is quite complete, the menu is varied and tastes good, there is no additional charge for children even though I brought 2 school-age children. everyone is friendly, the hotel is clean and comfortable.

Actually, all the staff here are good at their work. Friendly, very helpful, fast. The facilities are appropriate, clean, fragrant, most importantly cold too. Only one thing, on the second day of breakfast when I went to the egg area to ask for scramble, there was a short, slightly chubby lady wearing a black uniform. She kept interrupting the old man who made me scramble on the first day. Please, miss, if someone or your subordinate's work is wrong, don't reprimand them in front of customers, it can lower people's morale. Just let them do their work, you see first. If there is no one around then you reprimand them. We there don't want to see you angry but we want the eggs, okay? Eh, when the eggs were made, the portions were not the same. I don't know the name of the lady, she was still grumbling to other employees about the old man's scramble making method. Please reprimand the lady in the restaurant.
