Overall the service was very good, it's just that my notes in the application (room for honeymoon) had not been prepared when it arrived, so I had to wait for the room to be decorated first with a different unit. After that all requests are carried out by the hotel. The room and toilet are nice and clean, it's just that the toilet has a slight smell of urine. Apart from that, the weeds in front of the room are still disturbing and sticking to clothes. Access is also quite far and a bit difficult from the highway.

Untuk resort nya bagus, bersih, view indah, bisa parkir langsung didepannya. Dan harga terjangkau untuk tipe deluxe. Untuk menjauh dari keramaian cocok banget, kalo males keluar perlu bawa bekal yang banyak. Tema nya didepan kamar alam sawah perbukitan yang asri. Pagi nya kita treking sekitar resort ternyata luas banget, untuk tipe family deket kolem renang, terus kebawah ada kebun luas dengan pohon pohon besar seperti di kebun raya. Hanya saja kurang perawatan maintenance nya di sekitar resort. Untuk wahana water boom nya juga bagus, lengkap, kolem anak anak seperti istana kerjaan, kolem hiburan ada mandi sabun, dan kolem bawah dewasa dengan nuansa balinya. Ada kolam terapi ikan, hanya saja kurang perawatan, seperti nya karyawannya kurang banyak. Kamar mandi kolam renangnya kotor tidak dibersihkan dulu di saat jam tutup. Pagi jam 08 masih belum bersih. Sayang sekali resort sebagus itu tapi perawatannya kurang.

Pelayanan ramah, check in bisa diawal selama kamar tersedia, kawasan sejuk, cocok untuk yg mencari suasana pegunungan serta bersantai bersama keluarga.

Sempat terjatuh di konblok jalan yang licin dan berlumut karena habis hujan. Terbayar dengan suasana tenang dan asri jauh dari kebisingan kota. Staff sangat ramah. Kolam renang yang memiliki pemandanagan indah. Mungkin untuk waterparknya perlu perawatan untuk slide seluncur agar bisa berfungsi semestinya. Sarapan alcarte rasa baik cukup di terima lidah. Hotel nyaman buat istirahat, tempatnya sepih dari keramaian, ada waterboomnya cocok buat keluarga, untuk menu makannya kurang variasi cuma dikasih tiga pilihan, untuk kamarnya luas.

Wahana kolam renang kotor berjamur gak terawat, tidak sama seperti di foto-foto di profile. Sarapan minim banyak lalat tamu harus inisiatif minta lilin, toilet sebelah kantin sarapan bau gak terawat. Sangat mengecewakan.
