KEREN! Menginap 2 malam di sini dalam rangka transit Surabaya, karena pekerjaan di Banyuwangi. Check-in pertama Jumat malam menggunakan kamar deluxe, semua berjalan lancar. Jaraknya sangat dekat dengan Stasiun Gubeng, jalan kaki sekitar 7 menit (kalau naik becak-motor harus muter lebih jauh). Check-in kedua, Minggu malam dan kamar di-upgrade lebih tinggi kelas-nya. Kamar lebih luas, istirahat jadi lebih nyaman. Yang jelas, lokasi sangat strategis, dekat ke stasiun ke Kopi Wantutu. Mudah mendapatkan taxi online. Very recommended!

The staff were very friendly, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. The parking lot was quite full when we stayed, so we parked using the valley system. Suggestions for breakfast include more variety and bolder seasonings. Thank you.

The staff are all nice, but the bathroom needs a little improvement. I think it's not very clean, and maybe because the hotel is old and damp, there's a lot of mold and dirt on the glass, and there are a lot of ants in the room. Actually, it could be comfortable as long as it's clean. The room size is standard and appropriate. The water in the bathroom is small, but it's still understandable.

Nice try for The Life Style Hotel in Gubeng Surabaya, previously stayed here was ok, this is the first time I stayed here, it's really disappointing, I stayed here for 3 days, it's okay to improve it again and evaluate the management, okay!! How can it be that for the price of 700 thousand and above the AC is leaking, dirty, and not cold, the wifi signal quality is also very bad, at least if they can't provide good wifi facilities, at least our signal is not difficult here, even though the wifi signal is difficult, it is never smooth, for the management of The Life Style Hotel, let's evaluate what happened in your management that something like this could happen, basic things for the hotel world such as AC and wifi maintenance must be questioned and evaluated again, for the future, hopefully it will be better and more comfortable for guests, my respects, this is not a bad assessment, just a bit disappointed with The Life Style Hotel which is losing its identity, that's all, thank you for the service of all the staff, all of them are okay, good, fast, agile and friendly, best wishes for success always, thank you
