Getting Here

The Seraya is located on the north coast of Seraya Kecil island, nine kilometres north of Labuan Bajo, the gateway to Komodo National Park. There are a number of ways to get to Labuan Bajo depending on your itinerary. From the West there are daily flights from Bali, Lombok, Jakarta and Surabaya and from the East there are flights and overland cars from Ende, Maumere, Kupang & Bajawa.

A member of staff will meet you at the airport and escort you to the harbour. Boat transfers from town take 45 minutes, embarking from Kampung Ujung jetty, which itself is just a 5-minute drive from Labuan Bajo airport.

Scheduled Transfers

We offer complimentary airport pick up and drop off as well as complimentary island transfers within the following schedule:

CHECK IN: LABUAN BAJO TO THE SERAYA • 11.00am & 2.00pm

CHECK OUT: THE SERAYA TO LABUAN BAJO • 10.00am & 1.00pm

Please consider this schedule when booking flights and other travel arrangements.

If transfers required outside of this schedule will incur an extra fee:

• Blue Heron Wooden Boat (45 mins): IDR 2,000,000++ per boat per trip
  
• Wahoo Speed Boat (15 mins): IDR 3,000,000++ per boat per trip

Please note:

• As a complimentary service The Seraya Resort has strict boat scheduled departure times from both Labuan Bajo and The Seraya Resort.
• Whilst we do extend flexibility where possible, we can not be accountable for flight delays and arrivals.
• In the instance where flights are delayed more than 20 minutes the transfer boat will depart Labuan Bajo regardless of the circumstances.
• If a private transfer is needed it is at the expense of the late arrival guest.
• We highly recommend that all guests give themselves ample time pre-departure for the resort.
• we can only operate transfers during daylight hours only.
