Stayed here for a business trip, so far everything is quite good. Starting from the clean room, clean bathroom, breakfast is also quite varied, friendly receptionist. The room is provided with prayer mat and Quran. Spacious room. Close to the mall so it is easy to find food or just walk around. Hopefully it can be maintained or become even better. Stayed in a Deluxe room with 1 large bed overlooking the front parking lot of Suncity Mall. The room was clean and quite spacious, with a bathtub in the bathroom. The swimming pool is quite spacious and has facilities for both children and adults. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a variety of menu options, and there was an additional half price for breakfast for children aged 6 years. If there was an event in the Suncity Mall courtyard with loudspeakers, the sound could be heard up to the rooms on the 5th floor, but the event had finished around 9:00 PM WIB. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay here.

Please check the cleanliness of the bathroom again, it seems like the trash can is no longer suitable, because there are lots of small black caterpillars nesting under the trash can in room 210. The others are very good.

I stayed here because I had to attend my younger sibling's graduation. I made the right choice. The location is strategically located in the city center. You can take the Trans Jatim bus directly from the front of the hotel. The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean and spacious. The restaurant also has a fairly complete menu. The staff is friendly and accommodating. And because it is located in the mall area, it is easy to find food or other necessities because there is also a supermarket. This hotel can be used as a reference for those looking for a hotel in Sidoarjo, a good hotel with an affordable price.

Overall good, central location, there is a swimming pool, but our room's AC leaked and the water dripped. Cash deposit 100 thousand, parking is convenient, all the rooms are clean and the elevator smells good. Just walk to the mall

Check in was fast, the room was as cold as expected even though the indoor unit was an old model, I stayed for 2 nights, but when I checked the key in the morning, it turned out the key wasn't automatically extended, so I had to inform the receptionist so they could update the key.

I didn't expect to have a bathroom with a bathtub, which I know for sure is not recommended for hygienic bathing. The walls of the room are not pleasing to the eye... the bidet... The room is very spacious, the AC is very cold, the TV is standard.

After seeing the room, I thought the price was a bit pricey for its dated and slightly neglected design. However, there's a prayer room inside the hotel, and each room is provided with a prayer mat and a Quran. I thought, "It's quite detailed for prayer, a good idea, a good move, in my opinion." But... this hotel has many local recommendations, so it must be really good. And it turns out it's easy to get everywhere. The station is close, the airport isn't too far, and there's also a mall. It's worth a visit. Hopefully, the rooms can be better organized and improved.
