We went there for a company retreat which just nice that the Family Caravan provides 2 bedrooms and a living room that very useful for our private sessions. The Caravan is looking brand new, very clean, hot shower is available, the scenery is refreshing, and definitely the slanting outdoor lift is stunning with gorgeous view!

I have a good experience during stay in here. Unique for accommodation like a caravan. A lot of variant breakfast menu. Taste also nice and acceptable I think.

Our family really had a great stay here. The service was excellent. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. We loved the park and my child had fun in the playground too. The breakfast at The Valley Bistro and Cafe was very good. The food from the room service was also good. We are very pleased and will definitely find other opportunities to return. most amazed by the restaurant, the variety is not excessive, but the taste is luxurious on the tongue & the menu is unique, the juice is also pure,. the staff is very friendly. please maintain this taste 👌🏽

First time staying at The Valley, and very satisfied, friendly service, complete with swimming pool, fitness, warm water pool, etc. Coincidentally booked the Ilalang Balkon type room (view from the balcony as in the photo), it was amazing, but access to the hotel was quite busy and uphill, but it was okay, everything was worth it, suitable for those who want to heal. Next time I come back here, I want to explore Cemara and Bamboe.

stayed on a weekday,, so it was quite quiet, but the hotel atmosphere that offered a view and cool air was cured.. perfect for healing and a staycation to relieve fatigue.. stayed in a deluxe caravan including breakfast plus got a 100 ball golf voucher. this is what I like hehe.. the hotel atmosphere at night is no question,, champion..👍 complete hotel facilities,, friendly staff, access to the room or to hotel facilities is mixed, use an open elevator then use the stairs.. the only drawback is the hot water takes a long time to heat up for a shower.. overr all nice 👍👍

The first time I stayed here, check in was very easy, it didn't take long, as soon as I entered, I immediately felt the cool atmosphere, cool, peaceful, calm, and suddenly I felt at home, it wasn't enough to stay here for a day, maybe next vacation there will be good fortune to come back with a vacation with my family here. the facilities are enough to eliminate the focus of children on their gadgets because here the garden is very spacious, there is a regular water swimming pool and a warm water whirlpool and there is a sauna, the fitness room is quite okay, there is also a pool table, there is horse riding, there is also playing golf, the most children like the restaurant with delicious taste and beautiful view, basically spending time here must stay at least 2 days, see you next time we will be back.

The door lock needs more attention, because the way to remove the key is not normal, you have to call the officer twice.. everything else is safe.. the room is comfortable... the washbasin faucet needs more attention

Wow, I'm so happy to be able to stay here!! My son was so happy to be able to swim in the warm pool (because most hotels have only cold water). The food is also really delicious 😭 even though the hotel is old, it's clean. Overall, the best. Hopefully, we can stay again someday 🥹🫶🏻
