The hotel staff was friendly. Initially, I chose the wrong check-in date and my refund request was rejected. It happened to be late at night, just in time for me to be in Lembang, so I checked in with my husband, hehe.
The place is nice and clean, and worth the price. The only downside is that the hot water in the upstairs bathroom doesn't seem to work properly because it's not warm at all, so I had to take a cold shower. Oh yeah, there are no amenities, so if you want to stay here, you have to bring your own.

I'm happy, with an affordable price I got a comfortable room and it's not like a stuffy backpacker room, it's just a shame the floor is sticky, it seems like the floor was mopped with a mopping liquid from so kl*n which I know is sticky when using that, or whatever the mopping liquid brand is.. it's better to change the mopping liquid. If the floor wasn't sticky, I would always stay here when I go to Lembang.

There are a lot of messy things around the front seat, the stairs are dirty, the walls are peeling, there are a lot of cobwebs, the bedroom door is moldy, the bathroom is dirty and smelly, the toilet cover needs to be replaced to make it look clean, the sink water and hot water are small, the used bed sheets have not been replaced, there are no chairs in the room or on the balcony, the windows have no vitras, the balcony lights have no lights.

the room is nice! I like it but it's not very clean.... the bathroom needs to be cleaned again. the guard is very friendly, willing to help and ready! thank you, next time I go to Lembang I will come here because it's next to the Lembang milk cake factory

This will be my favorite homestay. If I go to Lembang, I want to stay here. It's very spacious, comfortable, clean, the price is really cheap, hot water is provided, the staff are really friendly, it's the best.

I am very satisfied staying here. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable, and the room equipment is complete and well maintained. The bathroom is also hygienic, the hot water works well.
The most impressive thing is the service of the staff who are very friendly and professional. From the check-in process to check-out, everything went smoothly and pleasantly. They are always ready to help and answer questions with a smile.
The hotel atmosphere is also calm, suitable for resting after a day of activities. The location is strategic, close to places to eat and transportation access.

In terms of location, it's good, not noisy, comfortable to rest, the view from the 2nd floor room is quite good. The bathroom is clean, but not very clean. The water is a bit small. The room is quite clean, but maybe because it's a budget hotel, the blanket is no longer clean white but has lots of spots + what needs to be considered is the mattress. It is no longer suitable for use because the springs are very weak. So if you sleep on it, the mattress will bend down + clean from the squeaking sound of the springs.
