All the staff are friendly, I requested a cake with the words happy wedding anniversary & my child's birthday written on it when I brought it to the restaurant for breakfast. They quickly prepared it and were friendly. My children enjoyed playing in the spacious room playground.

The lobby is comfortable and clean, and the breakfast menu is quite varied. However, the rooms are a shame, please improve their maintenance. The walls are peeling and cracked, and the wallpaper has black stains. This makes room 802 uncomfortable.

You didn't choose the wrong place, the price is cheap, the room is in good condition, clean, the service, especially the security, the best, when it rains, you can immediately jump out of the car and take a shower 👌

The hotel location is easy to access. The staff is friendly, the breakfast has many choices and is delicious. The room is spacious and clean, but unfortunately, yesterday the room I stayed in smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it was not a smoking room.

The staff are all friendly, the lobby is large and smells great, comfortable to sit there for a long time, and there's a welcome drink. There's plenty of parking in the basement.
The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and exactly as ordered.
The hallway leading to the room is also nicely carpeted, so it's quiet when walking.
I stayed here for my sister's graduation. It was close and easy to park, just walk to the North Gate of UPI.
There's a Starbucks and Jabarano Coffee next to the hotel, and an Alfamart and Indomaret are also just a short walk up.
Overall, it's okay, definitely recommended 🥰

The hotel location is easy to access. The staff is friendly, the breakfast has many choices and is delicious. The room is spacious and clean, but unfortunately, yesterday the room I stayed in smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it was not a smoking room.

The staff are all friendly, the lobby is large and smells great, comfortable to sit there for a long time, and there's a welcome drink. There's plenty of parking in the basement.
The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and exactly as ordered.
The hallway leading to the room is also nicely carpeted, so it's quiet when walking.
I stayed here for my sister's graduation. It was close and easy to park, just walk to the North Gate of UPI.
There's a Starbucks and Jabarano Coffee next to the hotel, and an Alfamart and Indomaret are also just a short walk up.
Overall, it's okay, definitely recommended 🥰
