It's really worth it for the price of 300, you can get a comfortable, spacious, and nice room. The facilities are also really good, the receptionist is also friendly and informative. I've been a regular at every Comifuro event and I'm always here 👍

Tree park is located in a very strategic area, close to the Breeze, Teras Kota Mall, next to a nice cafe and McDonald's. It was a nice short stay, will go back there again definitely

Apartment with hotel service, no need to bother making an appointment with the room provider because you just go to the lobby like checking in at a hotel in general. There is no breakfast, but there are lots of snacks and food around the apartment (which I crossed out in red)

Suitable for a place to stay if there is an event or just hanging out in BSD. The cleanliness is quite okay, the shower has hot water, but when I stayed there wasn't much, it didn't last long and became plain water, but that's okay. There are restaurants and cafes in the apartment complex, so it's not difficult to find food either. The check-in process was smooth

The location is everything and this apartment located in a very strategic point with affordable price. The room is clean and comfort eventhough it missed my expectation of the kitchenette which I thought there would be a set of cooking utensils and eating utensils. The room quite spacious with separate dining area, a living room and a bedroom. I think it will be much better if the bathroom lighting can be added with more bright bulbs. Next what I love most is the fully functional public facilities i.e. parking lot, elevator, prayer room (mushola), convenient store, and the swimming pool for sure. The security system is also worth a praise for the limited access doors and elevators. The security staffs are very reliable and attentive and always at their posts and handle everything calmly and efficiently. The vibes of this facility is easy, calm, clean, complete. I hope I find other times to stay back here.
