We stayed 2 nights and the entire staff was friendly and we were given a free motorcycle loan to go to dinner. The location is indeed inside, the atmosphere is calmer to rest and private. The price is arguably okay because the rooms are large and the staff are very alert and helpful, which is very comfortable for our stay here

The room was huge, the AC worked well and the bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast was also good. Unfortunately, the dining restaurant was closed for refurbishment which was a pain, so it meant eating outside or in your room.

Very bad, I ordered a deluxe room but when I arrived at the hotel I was given a superior room, and the FO said it was deluxe but the HK said it was superior, I was really disappointed, I paid for a deluxe room but got a superior room, the breakfast was also very unattractive.

It has great scenic view and nature feeling (bird chirping in the morning and cicadas ' cries at night). It also has pool, perfect for hot day. The room is spacious but lack furniture so it feels quite empty. I reserved a family deluxe room (4 people room), but they gave me two room (two people room each) instead due to construction in progress or sth. The mirror is too high for average Indonesian people. I think the resort was built for foreigner in mind. Overall it 's a so so experience for me.

This hotel is really awesome. The room is very big and clean, the staffs are really friendly, the pool is also clean and next to the pool is the massage treatment place where it was really nice and good recommended. The location is also not far away from center but still can be walk, I was travel alone and next time I will come again and stay to this hotel.

Overall, I highly recommend this place. Although 15 mins away from the Ubud center, the hotel provides free transportation going to the center anyway. from the welcoming receptionist until the cleanliness and huge space of the room, I am very pleased.
