Keep up the great work. I enjoyed the ambiance and the friendliness of the staff, they are very welcoming and helpful. The place is also very peaceful and has beautiful views, I am definitely planning to visit again. It's close to Curug Cilember, which is the area with beautiful waterfalls, it's also close to Taman Safari, thus it's a great location to enjoy fun activities.

It is indeed appropriate that this hotel was given a rating of 9 by the app. The first time staying at the hotel, it was really clean from the room to the bathroom. It smells good, the staff is friendly, and there is already a smart TV. It will definitely be a subscription if I go to Puncak. The price is also cheap.

Absolute champion. I will go back there if I go to Puncak. The view is great. The room is clean. The AC is cold. I also have a smart TV. The toilet is clean. The staff is friendly. There is nothing lacking at all. The location is also easy to find. Really love it

Overall, the room was nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly, the AC was cold, there was a smart TV, the Wi-Fi signal was strong, there was a water heater, and the deluxe room had a balcony. The only downside was the clogged sink. Please pay attention to the drain. I will definitely come back again.

pertama kali nginep disini karena liat review orang-orang bagus. ternyata saat sampe, staff hotel gk ramah, cari parkir sendiri padhal pas dtg, ini hotel keadaannya lagi penuh parkiran, tp gk ada satupun satpam bantu dtg padahal kita udh puter2 cari parkiran, akhirnya terpaksa parkir walaupun agak nutup jalan sedikit. pertama kali dtg, kita salah lobby, ternyata kita harusnya di lobby depan. saat di lobby depan, pegawai malah asik2 ngerokok dan ngobrol diluar dan baru masuk saat kita bilang kalau kita mau check in pdhal kita terlihat membawa koper dan barang dan kita check in gak malam banget masih sekitar jam 8 malam. saat itu, kita dapet harga yg lumayan mahal, sekitar 860rb dan memang lagi ramai juga keadaan hotel saat itu. setelah itu, diantarlah kita ke kamar. keadaan kamar lantai kotor. seperti tidak disapu. kamar mandi tidak begitu bersih. menurut saya, untuk harga yang saya dapat 860rb saat peak season, dengan pelayanan yg didapat, sangat tidak sesuai. Dan keadaan besok paginya, sangat berisik. terlalu banyak sound yang tidak berhenti dari jam 7 pagi. thanks.

Not according to the room choice.. request for the upper floor according to the availability. The glass has not been washed.. tissue must be requested.. plan to stay overnight until morning.. but stuffy.. the AC takes a long time to cool down

So far the room is neat, spacious, clean, very comfortable, the hotel area is also very cool, nice and comfortable, the only downside is when ordering food, the price is quite high but the taste is just so-so, then when ordering fried rice it feels like eating porridge, there are no towels.
