When I bought through Traveloka, I felt like I was being treated like a stepchild. I was given a room in the corner, with no WiFi, no telecommunications provider network, even though I checked in at 2:00 PM. The toilet water didn't even run...

Very friendly and straight forward. Quite a bargain considering location. Alfamart is next door too so it's super convenient if on a budget. A small towel is provided and a small package of amenities. The shower had plenty of hot water but it seems whoever put the plumbing in mixed the hot and cold sides so you might need to play with that. Overall things were tidy and clean. m
I have just a few things I felt could be better such as the smell of cigarette smoke, cheap mattress (but I slept fine on it and have slept on much worse), and stained sheets. My bathroom mirror was broken in the corner and the shower had some hole in it below the shower hanger that a gecko was living in.
But, overall a good experience and I would stay there again even if things don't change. I appreciate the affordability.

There are many food stalls around the hotel, the hotel does not have a lift but there is a special room for praying, the room smells of cigarettes, the bathroom is dirty (the previous occupant's hair was not cleaned), Stay 1 night, look for another hotel tomorrow

The gate was locked like a boarding house, and the security guard came out a bit annoyed because he was woken up while he was sleeping. The security guard even yelled back and talked without any etiquette to the customer 🤦🏻♀️
