The environment is perfect for those looking for a quiet retreat. The location is quite far from the main road, so the atmosphere is quiet and truly comfortable for resting. Access to the lobby is a bit far from the main entrance, but that's precisely what makes this place feel more private and peaceful.
Overall, the room was quite satisfactory. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, perhaps they could consider adding more tissues and removing trash from previous guests so the trash can is empty and clean.
A few comments about Bengawan Restaurant, especially for guests who order food from their rooms. When I ordered oxtail soup, the food was delivered in a plastic container and a paper bowl. Because the broth was hot, the container leaked a bit and was uncomfortable to use. Furthermore, there was no spoon included, which was a bit of a hassle — fortunately, I had bought Puyo, so I ended up eating the oxtail soup with a Puyo spoon.

The hotel staff was quick to respond. The room was clean, and the bathroom was clean. The facilities were good, although if you wanted to boil water with an electric kettle, you had to turn off the AC first because the electricity wasn't strong enough. Overall, recommended.

A clean and tidy hotel.
Cancellation is impossible, but the property doesn't notify you if the road is closed.
Atmosphere/Facilities: The hotel is located in the middle of a village or alley, specifically in Gang Abah/Above Poncol Alley. The alley is very narrow, you can't get through by car, so you have to take a Go-Ride.
Food: The food at the restaurant is quite good, but it's quite tasty.
Staff Support: Standard, but I didn't want to cancel when the road to the hotel was closed and I had to go through a narrow alley.
Highlights: Located in the middle of a residential area. Price is almost 300.
Location: In the middle of a residential area, there are no directions. Asking locals will take you around, but you'll be redirected to the wrong location.

Alhamdulillah, I feel calm being able to stay at this guesthouse, because it is close to the location of the children's event who are participating in ESQ kids at tower 165, so it is not that far from here. Always success for the guesthouse, the receptionists are friendly, the cafe section right in front of the lobby is also fun, so the children enjoy it.

Stayed here because of business. The location is in a small alley but cars can access it, nice, clean, fragrant, there is a cafe, there is a laundry. Vehicle parking is quite spacious.

This is cool. In terms of location, if the activities are around Cilandak - Pasar Minggu, it is close to everywhere. Clean, near the mosque, there is a cafe and laundry. Will come back here if the activities are around here

The room looks clean, the regulations for married couples are still implemented well. The staff is alert, but unfortunately the pillow case and sheet seem not to be replaced. Because it's like a very pungent body odor. Musty smell. Want to complain my body is very tired, because there are many activities outside the hotel too.
