Overall, it was good. The room was clean, the service was good, the water heater was working, the drinking water was good, the TV was working, but I happened to get a room with a room with a AC that wasn't cold enough.

Strategic location and clean prayer room. The curtains need to be added because they are still visible from outside.

The staff is very friendly, and there's a small prayer room near the parking lot. The parking lot is spacious, and the location is downtown, close to all the hot spots. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again if I go back to Solo 🥰

Friendly, very helpful, and good service. I was disappointed because I booked a premium room but got a cramped room, no window, no wardrobe, but the bathroom was spacious. Last night I entered a premium room without a window and felt uncomfortable. It would be better to improve the availability of standard, deluxe, and premium rooms. If there is no window, it would be better to just make it a standard room so that customers do not have expectations. My disappointment subsided a bit after conveying it to the receptionist. The receptionist was very helpful. Moved from premium to deluxe because I needed a window so I didn't feel cramped/stuffy with a cramped room. The size of the deluxe and premium rooms is the same, the difference is that the bathroom is smaller and there is no sink. There is no wardrobe. But there is a window, it feels quite spacious. Improve the suitability with the photos because for people who are careful not to just read but check the photos. Or it can be applied to give a note (premium without a window) of course the price must be different from the one with a window, thank you for the service. All clean, soft mattress, only 1 towel, 1 soap, and toothpaste, drinking water is available and the room is nice. TV Channels are OK. It still looks new and well-maintained, clean and tidy. There is a spacious car park. The location is in an alley but easy to reach. Suitable for those who are just transiting or budget travelers. However, for those who are phobic of cramped spaces or without windows, it is recommended to be careful in choosing a room, make sure first. Keep up the good work in improving the service and facilities. Oh yes, because it is a sharia concept, don't forget to install the direction of the Qibla, okay...

Clean room, soft bed, friendly staff, spacious and safe parking for motorbikes and cars. The room is not too spacious but still comfortable. Highly recommended! The downside is the water heater is not working properly, there is no electric kettle, tea and coffee (it's reasonable for the price given?).

Try to pay attention to the cleanliness of the room next time. I asked for the key to be cleaned but the room wasn't cleaned on the second day.

The hotel location is not too far from the city center, the room is clean but not too spacious, the AC is cold, there is hot shower water. For hotel guests, there is a fairly large vehicle parking area.
