Tetap bagus dari dulu sampai sekarang. AC dingin, kamar bersih terawat, shower untuk mandi kencang dan deras airnya jadi enak buat mandi. Air minum juga sudah tersedia di lorong. Sarapan enak dan ada mesin kopi-nya juga lengkap. Tempat strategis karena dekat dengan Pancoran. Perfect deh pokoknya.

Unfriendly service, I checked in without being helped to lift my suitcase, only seen from the lobby, my husband and son who carried the suitcase from the stairs, when I checked out, I sat on the lobby sofa while waiting for Grab, 8 minutes later Grab came, it turned out there was a box left containing my souvenirs from Medan, namely Bika Ambon which I had to bring to Bandung, I realized after arriving in Bandung that there was still a box of souvenirs left at the hotel, asked my nephew who happened to be near the V Hotel where he lived, initially admitted there was no one left, a few hours later a WA came into my nephew's cell phone that the Bika was still there and *had been eaten by the V Hotel employee, lack of ethics*, if there was something left, why did he eat it straight away, should have waited for a customer complaint H+1 Please follow up on the V Hotel employee, Mr. GM.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the restaurant team lacks a smile, the food refill process in the restaurant is also not fast, the food variety is unusually not that varied - but overall it is still good and could be an option for staying while in Jakarta.

The room is nice for two people to stay, unfortunately there are a lot of small cockroaches in the bathroom and under the bed, but the hotel staff quickly took care of it, asked for Baygon spray and it was given straight away, the receptionist was also friendly and gave a solution to move rooms
