Villanya bagus, bersih, tenang ga ramai. Dan di WA sama pihal villa kl mukena aku ketinggalan dan mereka langsung menawarkan untuk dikirim kerumah 👍.

When I first arrived, the condition of the villa was quite dirty. The whole room is neat and clean. But the fridge was dirty and there were also leftovers from previous guests. There is no trash bin provided on the top floor even in the sink drawer which is in the toilet there are some used sanitary pads and when reporting, housekeeping assistant comes but still does not clean. When reporting for the second time, the household assistant arrived without bringing anything to take the pads and instead asked for plastic bags from us. Television broadcasts did not work several times and the second time we asked for help to be assisted (at that time around 19:00) was not responded to death. Towels not prepared. There are no sponges and soap for washing dishes (for the villas are usually always provided because surely the guests of the villa wash themselves), overall for appearance, It's just the standard things like cleanliness and deficiencies that I mentioned earlier that need attention.

Very happy to stay here. The villa is clean, the interior is nice and the surrounding scenery is beautiful.

Comfortable, clean, I booked Akasia 1,2,3 for my extended family, thank God everyone was happy.

The exterior and interior building is very nice according to the photos, the building is still new, the living room and bedroom are cool, the bathroom is also really nice and clean. There are facilities for refrigerators, gas stoves and rice cookers. Unfortunately the check-in time smelled like fishy smell. Generally cool and comfortable to live in. The location is also strategic near the transport museum and teak park. Suggestions for cleaning before check-in need to be improved so that guests enter when there is fresh air inside the house. It is best to provide sunlight or other soaps so that guests can wash the dishes so that they don't leave a fishy odor.

It's a new building so everything was nice, clean and comfort.
