At first I was hesitant because there was a bad review on behalf of Kak Vi*i on the app too, but when I booked and checked in, everything was refuted by the review. Our family is very satisfied with the facilities and services provided. Top deh 🥰

We bought villa carmela but were given another villa.. the staff said we were upgraded to their newest villa... In fact we were lied to, moved to villa rosemary which is not part of carmela management.
Our original unit which was actually sold to another guest.. what a bad management.. vacation was ruined, it was a waste to book so far in advance.. how can a management like carmela deceive its customers by saying we requested 2 bathrooms but were given another villa that is not their villa.
Try to check the staff and management. When paying for the floaties, it was not under the name of a company but an individual.

Very bad villa management.. our villa was moved to another villa that is not part of Carmela... the staff lied that it was their newest villa when in fact it was Villa Rosemary (not a villa from Carmela villa management)..

The hotel is really nice, even though the wifi was down for a while, the staff were really quick, the pool is pretty clean because there are trees with dirt and leaves coming down so it's easy to get dirty again, but it's not the staff's fault.
