At first I was hesitant to stay here, but it turned out that MasyaAllah I want to come back again, the view at 5am after waking up is very beautiful, the staff is friendly, the cleanliness is good, the towels smell good, the swimming pool is clean, the breakfast is delicious, especially the soto. Thank you Villa Paderman.

The view is great, directly overlooking the mountain, the place is clean, but it's a bit of a shame that I've been there twice, the menu is always the same soto. Suggestions could be to change the menu so that visitors don't get bored, otherwise the best next time I want to come here again

The name doesn't match my expectations. This isn't a villa, but a guesthouse, guest house, or similar budget accommodation. I don't recommend it for the price. It's like a 150,000 IDR inn. 1. The reception is not located properly, comparable to a hotel or villa. It's right next to the security post. 2. The room has no air conditioning, poor air circulation, and the windows won't open. 3. The price doesn't match the room amenities. There's no toothbrush or shampoo, only hand soap used for bath soap. 4. There's a broken clothesline in the room. 5. There's no chair in the room; I even took one from the street. 6. There's no phone to contact reception or the accommodation operator. 7. There are no tissues in the room or bathroom. 7. The mattress is hard, and the sheets are stained. 8. The worst part is that I went to the breakfast place at 7, but the Malang place was still closed. This is crazy! The kitchen staff only arrived at 7:10. Even though we were told breakfast was from 7 to 10 AM when we checked in, it's a shame this accommodation has a pretty good location and view.

And for villas, there is usually no receptionist. 2. Read the details. 3. With the price of a homestay around 200,000, we cannot compare with a hotel. 4. You can complain to ask to change the room. 5. There is a small chair in front of the TV, mirror/buffet. 6 & 7. We are a homestay, not a hotel. 7. You should complain and ask to change the room at the homestay, not here. 8. Apologies and thanks for the information. We will follow up on the report. Thank you.

The hotel staff is friendly, clean, and comfortable, except for the staff in the canteen. Please provide training. They are not friendly and also for serving plates, they are often seen playing with their phones. The kitchen is dirty, the food is not hot and not tasty. The other staff are very good, 🫰🫰

I stayed in a Standard Pool View Room with Breakfast. For under 210,000 Rupiah, the amenities are quite satisfactory: a king-size bed, an IPS TV, free Wi-Fi, hot water, and complimentary breakfast at Batuque Townvilla. The view of the pool and Mount Arjuna is also a plus, and Batu's cool air makes the room comfortable without air conditioning. However, there are still a few drawbacks: poor soundproofing, the door isn't secure enough, the balcony needs to be cleaned better, the towels are a bit rough, there's only one power outlet, and there are no dining options on site. Overall, with its affordable price, friendly service, flexible check-in/check-out, and peaceful atmosphere, Villa Panderman Indah is a good choice for a stay in Batu.
