Bad service from the rent agency. Free parking was not provided as mentioned in facilities. Receptionist had a very bad attitude, no hospitality gesture. Really not recommended, especially you-nit property agent. Very poor service.

I stayed in July 2024, unit D tower B, I made a complaint but it wasn't handled well. Nope, not even next time to consider using this unit. The check-in service does not match what is stated, there are apartment regulations that are not stated in the advertisement. Information is not comprehensive regarding the check-in process, the room is not well maintained, the faucet is broken, the advertising cabinet is damaged, there is only one socket, the service at the rental unit is also unpleasant. When I want to check out the deposit it seems like it is being held up later in TF and so on, then the room is like dusty, no gallon water, no plates, everything is lacking, just check the room, beat the 5 star hotel, the deposit can return for 24 hours should the deposit be returned after checking according to the rules because there is talk of a deposit can be returned after checking, but the staff said, checking we do in the afternoon and our deposit money through transfer when this afternoon, as I know when people check out there the staff immediately ask for checking for rooms who want to check out, but in this apartment like holding a deposit, the reason is that in the afternoon, check in 24 hours can only be processed, after a little brown check and the staff can't do anything again, finally the money is processed through the transfer and that day also transferred, very very service the bad thing is this is the worst experience and I will not step foot again here, maybe this apartment and the staff need it on homework oses or upgrades again.
