Stayed for 2 nights in a very strategic hotel location, close to Kayutangan Heritage with its various culinary delights. Located on the main road, so if you get bored in the room, you can sit in front of the hotel while enjoying the city lights. Close to Indomaret if you want to buy snacks for the kids. All the staff are friendly. Really enjoyed accompanying my husband on duty while staying here👍👍

The swimming pool is not open 24 hours, when I asked the staff, they said that the swimming pool is only open from 7:00-18:00. However, when I wanted to swim at 9:00, I was still not allowed to because the area was still being used for breakfast so I was only allowed to swim at 10:00. As a tourist, 10:00 is too late to swim, because it is time to leave the hotel and explore Malang city, or it is nearing check out time and I have to pack up immediately. The swimming pool also closes too early, we as tourists often return to the hotel at night, so if the pool closes at 18:00, it is very impossible for us to enjoy the facilities. This makes me very disappointed, please evaluate it🙏🏻

Stayed for 2 nights in a very strategic hotel location, close to Kayutangan Heritage with its various culinary delights. Located on the main road, so if you get bored in the room, you can sit in front of the hotel while enjoying the city lights. Close to Indomaret if you want to buy snacks for the kids. All the staff are friendly. Really enjoyed accompanying my husband on duty while staying here👍👍

The swimming pool is not open 24 hours, when I asked the staff, they said that the swimming pool is only open from 7:00-18:00. However, when I wanted to swim at 9:00, I was still not allowed to because the area was still being used for breakfast so I was only allowed to swim at 10:00. As a tourist, 10:00 is too late to swim, because it is time to leave the hotel and explore Malang city, or it is nearing check out time and I have to pack up immediately. The swimming pool also closes too early, we as tourists often return to the hotel at night, so if the pool closes at 18:00, it is very impossible for us to enjoy the facilities. This makes me very disappointed, please evaluate it🙏🏻
